Before School Tennis Classes (conducted at School)

Can't get down to the tennis club after school? That’s alright, we make it easy for you to get into tennis these days!

InStyle Tennis conducts 45min lessons each week at numerous primary schools surrounding Sorrento Tennis Club.

Kids have a blast learning tennis with their friends, with all registered players receiving a free New Balance Hot Shots T-shirt!

What a terrific way to start the day- get the blood pumping & the brain ready for learning!

• Davallia Primary: Tue 8-8.45am

• Poynter Primary: Tue 7.50-8.35am

• Duncraig Primary: Mon 8-8.45am

• Sorrento Primary: Thu 7.40-8.25am

• Marmion Primary: Thurs & Fri 7.45-8.30am

• Creaney Primary: Fri 7.45-8.30am

• Liwara Catholic Primary: Thurs 7.45-8.30am

• Hillarys Primary School: Mon 7.45-8.30am

• Hawker Park Primary: Fri 7.40-8.25am

• St Stephens ELC & Primary School Wed 7.45-8.30am (separate locations)

• Landsdale Primary School: Wed 7.45-8.30am

• Lake Gwelup Primary School: Wed 7:45-8.30am

• Padbury Catholic Primary School: Tues 7.45-8.30am

• Carine Primary School: Friday 7.45-8.30am

• Whitfords Catholic Primary: Thur 7.30-8.15am

(Cost: $160 per child for an 8 wk program)

City of Joondalup Primary School Tennis Competition

In 2023, Sorrento Tennis Club hosted the 6th inter-school tennis competition for primary schools within the City of Joondalup.

After weeks of training sessions, each school selected 12 players (6 x yrs 6 & under, 6 x yrs 3 & under plus reserves) to compete. 9 schools participated including:

The winning school was DAVALLIA PRIMARY, narrowly taking the trophy from POYNTER PRIMARY, who were a close second!

The comp will be on again bigger & better in term 4, 2024.
